If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please request a Return Processing Number (RPN) by contacting: wicked@wickedpeacock.com, Subject: RETURNS. Your return request must be received within 10 days from the purchase date.
Upon receipt of your item in excellent condition, we will issue a full refund. You are responsible for shipping unwanted products back, and must pay for all incurred shipping-related expenses.
In the rare circumstance that your accessories arrive damaged, we are more than happy to exchange the item for a new one. The product must be shipped back within 7 days from the purchase date. Please request a Return Processing Number (RPN) by contacting: wicked@wickedpeacock.com, Subject: EXCHANGES.
Wicked Peacock will only ship out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item. Though we will do our best to have the exact replacement product you want, Wicked Peacock cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock at all times. In the event that your item is not available, a full refund will be provided.
