We offer a no-hassle return policy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it within 14 days from the purchase date, please request a Return Processing Number (RPN) by contacting: returns(at)wickedpeacock(dot)com.
Upon receipt of your item in excellent condition, we will issue a full refund. Because our Designers directly ship on a per-order basis, you are responsible for shipping unwanted products back to the Designer directly, and must pay for all incurred shipping-related expenses.
In the rare circumstance that your purchase arrives damaged, we are more than happy to exchange the item for a new one. The product must be shipped back to the Designer within 14 days from the purchase date. Please request a Return Processing Number (RPN) by contacting: returns(at)wickedpeacock(dot)com.
The Designer will only ship out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item, and will resend within (7) business days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Though we will do our best to have the exact replacement product you want, Wicked Peacock, nor its Designers can guarantee that your item will be in stock at all times. In the event that your item is not available, a full refund will be provided.
Product Repair: Because of the delicate nature of the products we sell, it is important that our customers care for their products and treat them delicately. Our designers guarantee their products for at least 30 days, so if your product breaks, please contact returns(at)wickedpeacock(dot)com to request information about product repair.
